1. Welcome to Website Revolution Africa

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://websiterevolution.co.za website (the “Service”) operated by Website Revolution Pty Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Website Revolution, a division of Team1media (Pty) Ltd strives to provide the best possible service to all our customers, but we will not tolerate any unlawful activity or abuse on our servers. We respect freedom of speech and expression unless it is harmful to others. These brief guidelines are imposed to protect you, other Website Revolution Africa customers and us against such harm. Website Revolution Africa reserves the right to update this policy at any time, so please check back periodically.

2. Our Process

2.1. Customer Records and Account Creation

  • Account Creation: When a client engages our services, we create a dedicated account for them.
    • The account is associated with their name and surname (Name in Salem) and a unique ID (usually their email address).
    • Important: The email address used for account creation must be a public email address (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) rather than an address from their domain.
    • Each account can represent multiple companies. For instance, John Doe may represent Company 1, Company 2, and Company 3—all under the same account.
    • We require one authorized representative per account for streamlined communication.
  • Authorized Representatives: If the person we speak to during account creation is not the sole decision-maker, we collect details of other authorized decision-makers within the company.
  • Record Keeping: We maintain this information for internal record-keeping purposes. However, we do not directly correspond with all decision-makers; instead, we communicate primarily with the main representative.

2.2. Communication Channels

  1. WhatsApp Chats: Our highest priority for ongoing correspondence with clients is WhatsApp chats.
    • We use WhatsApp for security correspondence, information exchange, and general communication.
    • WhatsApp is quick, freely accessible, and widely used across most countries in Africa.
    • Unlike emails, which may take 24 to 48 hours for a response, WhatsApp messages are instant.
    • We check for new WhatsApp messages at least every 30 minutes.
  2. Phone Calls:
    • Phone calls are essential for initial account creation and ongoing premium support.
    • We offer business-to-business advice or coaching, even on unrelated matters like invoice management or software recommendations.
    • Clients can request callbacks via WhatsApp messages, and we arrange free direct phone calls within the hour or immediately if our agents are available.
    • We prioritize direct phone calls for clients within South Africa due to cost considerations.
    • For clients outside South Africa, we use WhatsApp phone calls.
  3. E-mail Correspondence
    • We strictly use email for sending quotations, invoices, and payment reminders.
    • All emails are sent to the main authorized decision-maker’s email address, with CC to other decision-makers on record.
    • Clients can send project-related data (e.g., pictures, text content) via email to artwork@websiterevolution.co.za

2.3. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

  • When clients sign up, we send them an email with a link to our terms and conditions.
  • To confirm acceptance, clients must respond to the email or click the acceptance link provided.
  • We keep records of these acceptances.
  • Clients are responsible for regularly checking our terms and conditions; we may send email updates when changes occur, but it’s their duty to stay informed.

3. Security and access management

3.1. Domain Registration and Management

  1. Domain Registration and Ownership:
    • When a customer registers a domain with Website Revolution, we collect their name, address, phone number, and email. It’s essential for managing the domain effectively.
    • Every domain we register belongs to the client. As an accredited domain registrar, we act on behalf of our customers to manage their domains.
    • While the client is the domain owner, Website Revolution retains certain rights due to our integrated services (e.g., web hosting). These rights allow us to maintain control over the domain as long as the customer’s account remains active.
  2. Domain Transfer Process:
    • If a customer intends to transfer their domain away from Website Revolution, they must notify us via WhatsApp or email.
    • We’ll verify that the account has no outstanding balances. If it’s fully paid up, the customer has the right to transfer their domain.
    • However, if there are unpaid balances, the customer must settle them before initiating the transfer.

3.2. Web Hosting and cPanel Access

  1. Virtual Private Servers (VPS):
    • Website Revolution operates web servers on virtual private servers (VPS). Each VPS cluster hosts multiple client accounts.
    • While accounts may share the same server and ip address, each cPanel account has its dedicated server memory (RAM) upto 2GB and storage space on SSDs with these allocations: 1Gb, 2Gb, 5Gb, 10Gb, 20Gb
  2. cPanel Access and Security:
    • Initially, Website Evolution serves as the sole admin for cPanel accounts. We manage cPanel security, WordPress Installation and maintenance, PHP extentions, plugin updates, and mailbox maintenance.
    • When a client requests access to cPanel, we grant limited access. Clients can manage their mailboxes or specific tasks.
    • For security reasons, clients cannot access critical server software directly. We maintain control to ensure stability and security.
  3. Client Takeover Responsibility:
    • If a client wants full cPanel access, they assume responsibility for security, updates, and other aspects.
    • We provide a document acknowledging this transition, allowing clients to change passwords and manage their cPanel independently.

3.3. Domain Mailboxes

  • After creating a new account, the authorized representative may request us to create new mailboxes under their domain.
  • Our process for mailbox creation involves the following steps:
    1. Request via WhatsApp: The authorized representative sends a request via WhatsApp, specifying the desired mailbox (e.g., sales@company.comadmin@company.com, or projects@company.com).
    2. Employee Details: If the mailbox is for an employee, the authorized representative provides the employee’s name and surname.
    3. Contact Email Address: Additionally, the authorized representative provides the Contact Email Address (either public Gmail or Yahoo address ) to associate with new password creation and ongoing password resets.
    4. Initial Setup: We create the mailbox using the provided contact email address. This ensures that notifications related to password resets or initial setup are sent to the correct email address.

3.4. Resetting Passwords

When it comes to resetting passwords, there are two options:

  1. Authorized Representative Handles Passwords:
    • The authorized representative decides to manage passwords for all mailboxes.
    • We create all mailboxes using the authorized representative’s Contact Email Address (their Gmail or Yahoo address).
    • Password resets and management are their responsibility.
    • We will not be involved in the sharing of mailboxes and passwords to your employees, this is the responcibility of the main authorised representetive.
  2. Employee Full Access:
    • The authorized representative wants employees to have full control of the mailboxes.
    • In this case, they provide the employee’s name, surname, and contact email address.
    • Employees can reset passwords and manage their mailbox independently.
    • Notifications are sent to the provided contact contact email address for password-related actions.
    • We will not be involved in the sharing of mailboxes and passwords to your employees, this is the responcibility of the main authorised representetive.
    • this means you must get collect the name & surname and contact email address from your employees and provide it to us via whatsapp chat,
    • we will use the information to honour your request and let you know when its done
    • you will instruct your employee to create their new password or provide it to them if you are managing that for them
    • you will also provide them with links to tutorials or guides available on our website, these tutorials and guides are created for you and your employees to make it easy to manage our services like setting up mailboxes and managing content.

4.1. Payment

  • Full payment is required before any hosting service is rendered, which includes monthly and annual renewals.
  • All payment-due notices will be sent by email to your Contact Email address on file.
  • For Month-to-Month Payment plans, Due date is the 1st of each month and a Late Payment fee of R50 or 15% whichever is greater will be automatilally added at 12am on the 3rd if payment has not been recieved yet.
  • We require a deposit equivalent to one month’s instalment + your normal instalment amount on your initial payment when you select the Month-to-Month payment Plan.
  • Please understand that your Instalment Deposit will only be used on your Notice-of-cancelation-Month and may not be considered as a backup instalment whatsoever, therefore our Overdue Invoice policy applies regardless or the Instalment deposit available on your account, which.
  • We will try to send out your Payment or Instalment invoices 15 days before the due date and it is your sole responsibility to check your Contact email for the reminder invoices as well as to request a change of Contact Email Address if you have lost access to the one we have on file via this email: accounts@websiterevolution.co.za.
  • Only on request and temporarily, if you lost access to your Contact Email Address we are able to send your invoices via WhatsApp for your convenience, however All invoicing documents are sent via email unless we are unable to do so.
  • Billing will continue until you cancel your hosting account, you may cancel your Service by using your Contact Email Address to send us a Notice-of-Cancelation email to accounts@websiterevolution.co.za, where we will use your Instalment Deposit as the notice month’s payment.

We accept the following forms of payment and please give attention to the transaction fees indicated next to each:

  1. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) where there are no transaction fees for yourself and us.
  2. Cash Payment where on appointment you meet your assigned Account Manager at his or her area of Residence.
  3. ATM Cash Deposit + 2% ATM Deposit fee.
  4. Branch Cash Deposit + 4% Deposit fee.
  5. Ewallet/Cashsend etc.
  • When making payment, your Payment reference must strictly be your account Name which will be the name & Surname of the Authorised owner of account.
  • Payments must always be made to the banking details on the footer of your updated and current Invoice for the current payment you are making, If and when our account details change, you will be notified via WhatsApp and email plus more importantly, the new account details will be updated on your reminder invoices.
  • We cannot send you our banking details via WhatsApp or SMS in order to avoid taking responsibility of any mistakes, we will rather forward your current invoice for the payment you want to make so that you may retrieve the account details yourself as well as be liable for any mistakes you make.

4.2. Late Payment, Penalty Fees & Suspension.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date, and that all invoices are paid on time.
  • You agree that until and unless you notify Website Revolution Africa of your desire to cancel any or all services received (by using your Contact Email Address to send us a 30-Day-Notice-of-Cancelation email to accounts@websiterevolution.co.za), those services will be billed on a recurring basis, unless otherwise stated in writing by Website Revolution Africa.

4.4. Payments and Transactions

  • Website Revolution Africa reserves the right to allocate payments to the oldest outstanding invoice on your account.
  • Website Revolution Africa reserves the right link any & all your transactions to your domain & Webhosting services which will be directly affected in the event of overdue invoices where we will suspend your Domain & Hosting in order to persuade you to pay promptly.
  • Month-to-Month Service Fees coveres your .co.za Domain, Web Hosting, Site Maintenance, Monthly Flyer Editing & cPanel Maintenance.
  • A Deposit equivalent to one mnth's installment is required on your account for the only use as your installment for your Notice to cancel services month and strictly NOT as a backup installment when payment is overdue.

4.5. Late payment fee

  • Due date is indicated on each Invoice, Late Payment fee of R50 or 15% whichever is greater will be automatilally added a day after due date if payment or proof of payment has not been recieved yet.
  • If you are on an installment, the fee will be calculated on the installment amount for that month and if not on an installment then it will be culculated on the invoice total.

4.6. Due dates, Renewals & Expiry

  • Month-to-Month Service Fees are due on the 1st of each month and grace period until 11pm of the 5th where a Late Payment Fee of R50 or 15% whichever is greater will be automatically added to your invoice if payment or proof of payment has not been recieved yet.
  • Annual Renewals are due on the expiry date of your Domain & Web Hosting and must be paid 7 to 30 days before expiry, Please note that Expiry date means your Services will ACTUALLY expire on your service Expiry date, therefor there is no Grace period, a Lapse fee of R150 will be added if payment has not been made at 11pm of your expiry date and a further R300 Redemption fee will be added after 10 days of expiry, Learn more about the redemption Period Terms under Domains.

Suspended Accounts, Lapsed Accounts & Accessibility

  • A lapsed account or service under Redemption will remain inaccessible until account balance or arrangement has been paid in full.
  • Access will not be granted to Overdue or suspended accounts and will not be restored until all outstanding payments have been received.
  • You will not be able to transfer away your Domain or access your domain emails during the Lapsed or Suspended period until all due amounts have been settled.

Termination of Accounts

  • Non-payment of outstanding service fee invoices will result in termination of the hosting service after the third attempt to collect payment has been made either via email or Whatsapp message. There is no guarantee that a backup of site files and emails will be available.
  • Termination of accounts does not cancel any outstanding invoices. All outstanding invoices are still due.

4.7. Cancellation

  • In the event than you want to cancel your Website Revolution account, you must give us a 30-day notice and all cancellations notices must be sent via email to accounts@websiterevolution.co.za.
  • Account Cancellations can only be applied at the end of your billing cycle if it falls under the 30-day notice period. Please note that if you give a notice after the 1st of the month, 30 days count will also be after the 1st and full payment of that month will be required, to avoid this complication we advise that you send your notice just before the end of the month so that your cancelation can be applied end of the following month, when you place a notice of cancelation, do not pay for the next month as your deposit will kick in for the last 30 active days.
  • Cancellation of a subscription does not cancel any outstanding invoices. All outstanding invoices are still due.

5. Provision of Data for Projects

To ensure the efficient and accurate completion of your project, we require all content and information to be provided in specific formats. This applies to all types of projects, including website design, video production, company profile design, and document design for print.

  1. Accepted Formats:
    • Editable Plain Text Document: .txt
    • Editable Word Document: .doc, .docx
  2. Unaccepted Formats:
    • PDF files
    • Images (e.g., .jpg, .png, .gif)
  3. Submission Method:
    • All content must be sent to the following email address: creative@websiterevolution.co.za
  4. Reason for Format Requirements:
    • Providing content in editable formats ensures that we can efficiently copy and paste the information without the need for retyping, which reduces the risk of errors and saves time.
  5. Copywriting Services:
    • If you do not have the content in the required formats, we offer copywriting services at an additional cost. Please contact us for more details.

By adhering to these guidelines, you help us deliver your project on time and with the highest quality. Thank you for your cooperation.

6. Attribution for All Our Creative Work

6.1. Purpose of Attribution

  • We utilize all our past work strategically. They serve as valuable references when advertising our capabilities to potential clients. By showcasing these projects on our YouTube channel and third-party business listing sites, we demonstrate our expertise and build credibility this way.
  • By making use of our services you agree to give us the rights to use your completed work such as Websites, flyers, company profiles, logos, Business cards (anny and all creative work we have done for you) etc on our portfolio page, social media and business listing sites as proof of our expertise and to advertise for same work as we did for you.
  • When it comes to short video creation, we only display them as unlisted videos on our youtube channel and link them to our portfolio page on our website, this way only those that visit our website will be able to view your videos, but they cant find your video on our youtube channel if they dont have the link.

6.2. Our Web Services, Ownership and Attribution: A Clear Explanation

At Website Revolution, we offer a unique combination of services: domain registration, web hosting, and website design. It’s crucial for our clients to understand how these elements work together in our Website Combo services.

6.2.a. Domain Registration:

  • When clients register a domain through us, they are essentially renting it from the domain registry. We are your DOmain Registrar and we manage the domain on your behalf.
  • If you stop paying, the domain reverts to the domain pool and becomes available for anyone else to purchase.
  • Clients renew their domains annually through us who manage their domains and maintain their online presence.
  • Because your domain is linked to your Web Hosting which together constitutes your account with us, any and all invoices under your account for any other service invoiced to you will affect the whole account by way of suspention in the events that warrant account suspention, please take special note of this.
  • Although your domain belongs to you as the registrant, website revolution being your Registrar reserves the right to put measures in place to limit your ability to transfer away your domain without our knowledge, in order to retain our ability to persuade you to honour your unpaid invoices or mounts under your account, we may and will use such measures to hold your domain from being transferred away until full payment has been received.

6.2.b. Web Hosting:

  • Our clients rent web hosting services from us. It’s like leasing server space for their website or mailboxes.
  • They don’t own the hosting; they pay for its use during the subscription period or billing cycle.
  • Our Web Hosting services coveres only the following: Keeping your website available online upto 98% of the time, the missing 2% is for the unforseen and out of our controll situations, cPanel, WordPress, Plugin security updates and maintenance which incudes 1 free site edit per month (Free Site Edit is Editin and not creation or addition of new blocks or sections of content, it meand editin existing blocks or sections of content by way of replacing data with updated version). Web hosting does not include backing up your site, mailboxes or email messages, ecommerce products or images.

6.2.c. Website Design: as part of our Website Combos

  • When we design a website, clients pay a one-time fee for our creative work to design it.
  • However, this payment doesn’t transfer complete ownership of the website files if they are part of our Website Combo.
  • Your website runs on our servers, where we actively manage your domain and hosting, and because of this we retain the right to prove our involvement in the security, maintenance and upkeep of your website upto 98% of your billing cycle by way of Attribute line positioned under the footer of your web pages.
  • All our clients who order their website design as part of our Website Combos are part of our ecosystem, their goodwill allows us to claim involvement in managing the server on which their website runs, managing their domain on an annual basis and having designed a visually appealing website by way of footer Attribute line.
  • By ordering website design bundled with Domain and web hosting from us, you agree and to grant us the right to display our Attribute line which includes our brand name, and 1 contact number and linked to our website when clicked.
  • By ordering website design bundled with Domain and web hosting from us, you also agree to grant us the right to use your website as reference to our past work and example of our cappabilities on our portfolio page, social media accounts and business listing sites or to advertise for same work as we did for you wherever we may see fit.

6.2.d. Website Template Design: as an outrite sale

  • We design and sell Website Templates themed to your custom needs. Clients who buy a Website templates from us have the right to edit it. They can remove our Attribute line themselves on the copy the receive.

6.2.e. Website Design In summary

In summary, owning a website design isn’t about file ownership; it’s about accessibility, the person responcibe for the security, maintenance and compliance of your website surely has the right to prove it. that is why its bassed on the entire package or Combo—the domain, hosting, and design—working seamlessly. We appreciate our clients’ trust and strive to provide exceptional service.

6.3. Ownership of Creative work

  • All Creative work done by Website Revolution from Websites, Videos to Graphics Designs belongs to Website Revolution in the Unpaid state, yet to be paid state and Free versions until paid for.
  • Website Revolution reserves the right to use all creative work done by us for any and all our clients on our Youtube Channel and third party Business Listing sites where we advertise for new clients and demonstrate our cappabilities by making refrence to the projects we have done.

6.4. Attribution Line for Print and Visual Media

6.4.a. Placement and Appearance of Attribution Line

When doing Graphics Design for Print and Visual Media, we place our Attribution line on the bottom left or right of the media and over the existing background colour, the text will be 9px and below with the appropriate colour that camouflages it a bit guaranteeing that only those looking for it will find it and that it will not divert attention from the document.

6.4.b. Free Versions of Print and Visual Media

Free versions of Motion Graphics Videos will have the Attribution Line by defaultand only removed on conversion to a paid version, discounts can be negotiated up to 50%

6.4.c. Paid Versions of Print and Visual Media

Paid versions of Print and Visual Media designs will have the Attribution Line by defaultand only removed on request by client.

6.5. Attribution Clip for Motion Graphics Videos

At Website Revolution, we specialize in designing captivating motion graphics videos for various clients. Whether you’re a church, nonprofit organization, company, school, or individual, we’ve got you covered. Let’s dive into the details:

6.5.a. Video Sizes:

We create motion graphics videos in different lengths to suit your needs:

  • 15 seconds (short and snappy)
  • 45 seconds (just right for a quick message)
  • 60 seconds (concise and impactful)
  • 90 seconds (a bit more depth)
  • 120 seconds (indepth)
  • up to 5 minutes (for comprehensive content)

6.5.b. Ownership and Rights

  • For free motion graphics videos, Website Revolution retains shared ownership rights.
  • Clients have the right to use the video content as needed for their purposes.
  • Website Revolution reserves the right to display these videos on on our official youtube channel as unlisted.
  • Your unlisted videos will hoowever be linked to our portfolio page on our website for marketing and promotional purposes to demonstrate our cappability.

6.5.c. Unlisted Videos: Privacy and Collaboration

  • We reserve the right to display videos (both free and paid) on our YouTube channel.
  • However, we’ll set them as unlisted to respect client privacy.
  • Unlisted videos won’t appear in public search results or on our channel page.
  • Clients still retain control over who sees their video through the link we provide.
  • By linking unlisted videos to our website, we can showcase them while maintaining privacy of your videos.

6.5.d. Placement and Appearance of Attribution Clip

When Creating Motion Graphics Videos, we place our Attribution Clip at the very end of the video, if the video has music or voice over audio, the video and audio will stop and our Attribution clip will run for only 5 seconds and will include the words Created By with our Logo, a link to our websiteand one contact number.

6.5.e. Free Versions of Motion Graphics Videos

Free versions of Motion Graphics Videos will have the Attribution clip by default and may only be removed on conversion to a paid version, discounts can be negotiated up to 50%, we believe in fairness of allowing creative works credits specially for free versions of our work.

6.5.f. Paid Versions of Motion Graphics Videos

Paid versions of Motion Graphics Videos will have the Attribution clip by defaultand only removed on request

6.6. Footer Attribution for Websites

6.6.a. Placement and Appearance of Footer Attribution line

When doing Website Design for Business, Ecommerce or Learning Management Systems, we place our Attribution line under the footer section of your website, it will be a black block 200pixels in heightand on the vertical middle it will have the words: Powered by Website Revolution and linking to our website and openning on a new tab if clicked. the attribution line will be 30% black which is very ligh grey meant to Not- attract visual attention and to be found by those looking for a site attrubution.

6.6.b. None-Removal of Footer Attribution on your Website.

  • All Websites inherently comes with our footer attribution and it may not be removed.
  • The purpose of this Footer Attribution is to ennable us to prove that Website Revolution not only created your website but also actively manage the web server and is responcible for Domain management, web hosting and maintenance.
  • This is because we are your direct Service provider and not an agent to other upstream businesses.
  • We are an acredited and licenced Domain Registrar for the South African Domain Name space by the ZARC found at: https://www.registry.net.za/accredited/ (search for TEAM1MEDIA, and you will see our Contact number and it links to our website),
  • We also provide Webhosting run on our Web servers as well as being the creators of all Creative work from Web Design, Graphics Design and Video/Audio Editing ans Motion Graphics Creation.

6.6.c. Footer Attribution line on a Website Template Purchase

  • All Website Templates comes with our Footer Attribute by default, however the buyer has the right to edit the template anyway they see fit which includes omiting or removing the Attribution section.
  • While we will not omit or remove it ourselves, the buyer may do it themselves on the coppy sent to them, please note that the original template remains for sale with stock logo and content.

7. Links To Other Web Sites

  • Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Website Revolution Pty Ltd.
  • Website Revolution Pty Ltd has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Website Revolution Pty Ltd shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
  • We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

8. Termination

  • We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
  • If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
  • All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

9. Website Design Prices

We design static, dynamic, eCommerce & Special Services websites and our normal prices Excluding Domain & Web Hosting are always as follows:

10.Discounts and Affordability:

We offer discounts on our web design services to make them more accessible as well as afford us the oppotunity to include our footer attribution on your website. These discounts allow us to continue including the footer information without compromising quality.
Optional Inclusion: While we recommend keeping the footer attribution, we understand that preferences vary. If you prefer not to have it, simply let us know during the design process. However, please note that opting out will result in the standard pricing without the discount, if you change your mind at a later stage please note that the discounted amount will be invoiced to you.

Standard Pricing for Business Websites

  • Business Website Design at R600 per page once off, minimum 3 pages, excluding Domain & Web Hosting.
  • Online Shopping Website Design at R7,000 once off, excluding Domain & Web Hosting.
  • Real Estate Website Design at R12,000, excluding Domain & Web Hosting.
  • Auto Dealer Website Design at R12,000 excluding Domain & Web Hosting
  • School Website Design at R15,000, excluding Domain & Web Hosting.
  • E-Learning Website Design at R20,000 per page once off, excluding Domain & Web Hosting.
  • Religeous Website Design at R4,000 per page once off, excluding Domain & Web Hosting.

We run Discount specials from time to time about 5 times per year, check with us and see if you areeligible. We look forward to creating a stunning website for you!

11. Domain Services

  • Website Revolution is a subsidiary of Team1media who is a ZACR accredited Registrar for the South African.co.za, .org.za, .net.za & .gov.za,

  • This means that we are the ones directly providing you with the services of your Domain management and we rum our own Extensible Provisioning Protocol (EPP) Server for the Registration and maintenance of your co.za, org.za, .net.za & .gov.za Domains.
  • When it comes to all other Domain extensions we use the services of a third-party registrar to register those domains. The registration is subject to the terms of the relevant ICAN registrar. Registration, maintenance, or transfer of a domain name is subject to the terms of the relevant registry governing the domain name.
  • When registering a domain name, it is not your property, it cannot be “owned” by anyone. We will register the domain in the name of the “Registrant” and they will have full control of the domain. We cannot guarantee the registration of a domain name, we will make every effort to register the domain that you choose.
  • We will not be held responsible if you give us incomplete or inaccurate information that will lead to a delay in the registration process. If you are acting on behalf of the domain owner, you agree to register the domain in your customer’s name. It is important to ensure that the correct person or entity is disclosed as the registrant. All registrant details must be true and accurate, you are not allowed to prevent a domain owner from moving their domain away should they choose to do so.
  • We will only act on instructions of the account holder or other authorized users on the account. We act on your instructions to the extent that those instructions are possible and lawful.
  • All domain registrations are final. Domain names cannot be modified once they have been registered, a new domain will need to be registered.

You warrant that:

  • All information provided in the registration of the domain is complete and accurate.
  • You are entitled to register the domain name.
  • If you are not the domain owner, that you have permissions from the owner to act on their behalf.
  • You are not breaking any law or violating any Intellectual Property Rights by registering this domain.
  • The domain will not be used in a malicious way.
  • We will do our utmost to prevent expiry of your domain name, it remains your responsibility to ensure that the domain does not expire as your Domain Registration Invoice includes the Renewal dates under the TERMS block.
  • We will Email your Renewal Reminder which comes with your Amount due, Due date Banking Details and Payment Reference instructions at least 15 days before expiry, We try and send reminders before expiry dates. It may occur that reminders are not sent due to events beyond our control, we will not be held liable therefore please check your Initial invoice for your domain expiry dates.
  • You indemnify us against any loss or damage that you may suffer arising from registration and management of your domain name.

12. Domain Expiry, Suspension, Deletion & Redemption Period

  • If you allow your domain to expire (nonpayment by the expiry date) your domain Lapse and will go offline and enter the Expired pending delete period, on day 10 from expiry & if payment has not been made yet your domain will be enter into Closed Redemption where a redemption fee of R300 will be automatically charged to your account. Breakdown: ZACR will charge us a Closed Redemption Penalty of R230 + our own Admin fees of R70.
  • Closed Redemption lasts between 20 to 30 days and during redemption your domain can still be renewed but will not be accessible at all for Contact edits, Transfers or Emails & Site files until the Redemption Fee + Domain Renewal + Hosting Fee is paid, turnaround times are not guaranteed when removing a domain from Closed Redemption therefore you must be patient, however the best solution in advance here is to make sure your domain & services do not expire by making your renewal payment 15 to 30 days before expiry, please do not wait foe the expiry week as we will nob be able to help without aplying the appropriate fees.
  • Please note that to remove your domain from redemption, the full amount of Hosting must be paid including the Hosting and any fees whether you are keeping or cancelling your services, this means that if you want to cancel your Web hosting service, you must send a cancelation email to accounts@websiterevolution.co.za anytime up until 1 day before expiry, otherwise automatic renewal will kick in and your account will owe the full amount of Web Hosting + Domain fees,

13. Disclaimer

  • Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Our Web Hosting Service including Server Speed and performance, Domain Registration and management is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

15. Changes

  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
  • By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please notify us to explain further and if you still do not agree then your must stop using the Service.

22.1. Proof-Reading


On all our Web or Graphics Design work, we give you 2 Hours to Proof-Read your completed work and request any changes, after changes & your final copy approval, we give you another 2 Hours to double check and request corrections to any unforeseen mistakes, from the next day we will charge R100 per Flyer Edit, even if its adding or removing 1 letter or colour.

22.2. Monthly Free Flyer Design & Edit


Free Flyer Design is once per month and must be requested by you the client between the dates of 25 & 05 of each month.
Client must select a Flyer Template from our website at www.templates.websiterevolution.co.za/flyers or send us a link to a sample online, we will not attempt to guest what design you want because Web or Graphics Design takes a lot of time and resources when the end result has not been communicated.

22.3. Qualification for Monthly Free Flyer Design & Edit


To qualify for Monthly Free Flyer Design, you must be on the Month to Month Website Package and your account must not be in areas for the previous month.

22.4. Free Monthly Flyer Design Turn-Around-Time


Turn around time before the 25th is up to 48 hours and upto 64 hours after the 25th, We charge R50 Emmergency Design fee to have your Design ready in 4 hours if you cant wait after the 25th.
You are free to change your Monthly Flyer every month but without having made us desigh one already, please note that we do not allow changing of the template or design style for free, we charge R50 for the change, Once a sample or template has been provided or selected, then we will begin working on your flyer.
Any Flyer design request between 25 & 5 of each month or which does not qualify for the Monthly Free Flyer Design will be Quoted at our normal Flyer Design price of R450 & the same Proof-Reading conditions apply.
