How to Reset Password for your Domain Email

At this time you would have provided us your personal public email address which can be a Gmail or Yahoo email address.

We register your personal public email address that you provided as your Contact Email Address where the system sends account notifications and password reset confirmations to this email address. Please remember that we will allways refere to it as your Contact Email Address.

Now lets guide you through the process of Resetting your Password for your domain mailbox.

To get started simply type the following link onto the address bar of your browser: webmail.yourd-domain.co.za
If successfull you will be taken to a the next page as shawn in the image below, now click on Reset Password.


On the next page, under Username, enter your Domain Email Address which will be in the format: name@your-domain.co.za then click on Reset Password.


On the next page under Contact Email Address, enter your Contact Email Address [your personal email] then click on Send Security Code.

Now go to your Contact Email Address: [which can be your Gmail or Yahoo personal email] and find an Account password reset email from your domain and take note of the Security code.

Now enter the Security code on the space provided.

You will now be taken to a new page where you cna now input your new password twice, on top and on the bottom and you are done.
